The brief
Centrix approached Pead wanting to build brand reputation and industry authority. In response, we identified a goldmine of data available to Centrix and worked with them to transform this vast credit and arrears data into the Centrix Indicator in 2020 - a monthly, insight-driven report to deliver timely analysis of credit trends and position Centrix as a trusted voice in New Zealand’s financial landscape.
To amplify its impact, we executed a strategic media and stakeholder engagement campaign, targeting economists, business leaders, and key media outlets. This approach has driven significant results, including a 96% increase in media coverage from 2023 to 2024, with continued traction into 2025.
The Indicator now plays a pivotal role in shaping public discourse, supporting government debate, unlocking new data-driven revenue streams, and enhancing communications across the business.
