Our work behind Xero Small Business Insights swelled in significance with the rise of COVID-19 and the corresponding cost of living crisis. Xero's sales, jobs, wages and time-to-be-paid data quickly became a key economic indicator used by government, small business organisations and media - generating hundreds of articles each year.
