After ten years at Pead, including seven as a partner, Anna Farrera has made the very difficult decision to step away from the business to focus on the needs of her family.
Anna has been a significant part of Pead’s story over the past decade. As a partner, she has helped shape the future of the agency, led the Consumer team on major campaigns for our clients, and built lasting relationships with clients, media, creators and suppliers.
Her decision follows a period of competing demands, including the declining health of her mother, her boys approaching their teenage years and new opportunities for the family’s hospitality business, Tacoteca. Anna has chosen to adjust her priorities so she can be more available to support her family at a time when they need her most.
“Pead has been a hugely significant, formative and rewarding chapter in my career, and this is not a decision I have come to without careful consideration,” says Anna. “I’m incredibly grateful for the experiences, growth and opportunities this outstanding agency has given me, and I’m proud of the work we’ve delivered together. Pead, its people, our clients and the friendships I’ve formed here will always be very special to me.”
“It has truly been a privilege to be a leader in this business. I wish Pead and my partners every continued success. I might not be there day-to-day for this next chapter, but I know it’s not goodbye.”
Deborah Pead says, the Partners understand how difficult this decision has been. “We cannot compete with the needs of family, and we respect Anna for making the choice she believes is right. She has made a terrific contribution to Pead over the past decade and will be greatly missed.”
Everyone at Pead thanks Anna for her leadership, creativity and friendship, and wishes her and her family all the very best for the chapter ahead.
